From the initial call this firm has been amazing! They had someone out to meet me at my business the day I called them and then assigned me to the most AMAZING attorney - Michael Ruder! He has done such a wonderful job keeping me informed and is extremely patient! He has been very responsive to all of my questions and has done an extraordinary job with my settlement! I even referred a client of mine who’s husband just got into a bad accident and so far, they are more than pleased! I highly recommend Michael Ruder at Ken Nugent’s firm !!!

They really are the best, I mainly worked with Barton Goode and Rebekah James but they made sure I was taken care of. What people don’t understand is that they have a busy schedule sometimes, just let them work their magic and stay out of it, if you wanted to be in it so bad you should’ve been a lawyer! They just ask you for what they need, and obviously legal work takes time you need to be patient. Don’t listen to the negative reviews they are very kind hearted and sweet and helped me with everything when I broke my back in a crash caused by the imbecile next to me.

I cannot express enough how pleasant it was to work with Attorney Matthew Richardson and his team. He made it such a comfortable space and was open to any and all questions/concerns. He fought well for me along side their newest addition James Berrigan in our mediation and was able to settle our case with much more ease than expected. I recommend Ken Nugent’s practice for any personal injury inquires and if you can get your hands on Matthew or James, you’re in luck! Walked away feeling nothing but blessed. They definitely treat you like a person and not at all like a walking dollar sign.
