Me and my son were in a accident and received immediate attention, they sent us to great Doctors who were very helpful. The process took almost a year for me to finally get a settlement but overall the experience was ok

Barton Goode and his assistants did an awesome job. A long process but the case finally settled.

I got bit by a trained attack dog. "My" lawyer took pity on dog owner and her circumstances I did not get one penny, even though GA Law requires owners of such dogs to have liability insurance. Was told owner had no liability or homeowners insurance because of job loss and could not sue her, even though I found on my own she had Approx $270,000 equity in her home/property. One call, that's BULL.

My attorney Mary Lynn Paulson was great. She kept me informed and made sure I had all the details on my case, explained anything I didn't understand and made sure I knew all of my options. She worked to make sure I got the best settlement on my case but didn't pressure me to make any decisions. She was always polite & patient. I liked her better than my case manager Attarah Johnson who was always a pain to get ahold of.. Acts like you're bothering her. My other only complaint is how long it takes them to give you your settlement check. I received a letter from the other insurance company stating the date they sent my check to my attorney and I still haven't gotten it. Seems like they take their sweet time giving you your money. If not for that I would have given them 5 stars, but getting your check is the main goal and should be done in a more timely manner.

This office has been very understanding with my anxiety that followed me wreck. I have a caseworker who talks to me directly as a person, not just a clint. After talking with her, I feel more at ease, and I'm able to understand this in a better perspective .

Ken Nugent's office handled my case and I found James Barrigan to be extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and stayed in contact with me throughout the case. He was friendly and explained everything so that I could understand and helped me make the best decision for me. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned and answered.
