My experience was stress free and professional I would definitly use the Ken Nugent law firm again!

Me. Nugent, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at the Augusta office. Megan, my case manager was always friendly and informative. Jennifer Palmer, my settlement clerk seemed to be the glue that held everything together. Jennifer was tasked with maximizing my settlement, getting me a fair amount. She is friendly and kept me informed step by step. Of course, Jenna Matson, is so well versed in the law and knew what to do and how to handle every aspect of the case before it happened. Jenna is also very personable, but professional, as is the rest of the team. This is my second time using this team for an accident injury, and I’m glad they were here for me and my son. During a very hard time in our lives, they made us feel a bit of comfort. I hope not to have to use Ken Nugent services again, but if necessary, we will do so, in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. Was in a car accident. The other parties fault. They do not return calls. No way to email them. I have cancer. The worst stress ever trying to communicate with this firm. A waste of time.
