Very poor communication, My boyfriend was hit by a business truck last year and they stop contacting him or even answering the phone, they recently reached out to him regarding the settlement but it was a pointless call, every time he reach out to them the lady automatically respond with “ we are still waiting to hear something” and she didn’t even ask him his name to look up his case or anything she just said “ oh we’re still waiting” waiting on what exactly?
