Very poor communication. I had a hit and run incident in Oct 2020.Intially the service was great. I was told advise by this law firm to stop seeing the doctor when I was still in pain and have not heard anything from this law firm. I am currently using my own heatlh insurance company to get treated. I do not recommend this law firm they have very poor customer service and do not answer their phone or return messages.

I love my lawyer this is the second case she has done for me and great results every time I’m not going anywhere we are just more that lawyer and client we are family she’s my aunt that’s how close we have become

Russell Hippee is a hard working, honest, reliable, professional and responsive. He will not steer you in the wrong direction. My ex wife was not cooperating during our divorce.
