Weak & only after quick easy cases, refuse to help anything w/ layers to question

Hi. My name is Steven Mathis. My wife and I were in a head-on collision with an impaired driver. We were stopped on Russell Blvd, waiting to turn left into Sonny’s Barbeque, when the other driver hit us head-on driving in the middle turn lane at about 40 mph. I called the Ken Nugent office from the hospital because his was the only office I could think of at the moment. From that point on, our case was handled with the utmost professionalism. They kept us up to date on the progress of our case, and if a representative was not available, someone would always make sure that we were contacted, and our questions answered. I would recommend the Ken Nugent office to anybody seeking assistance with a legal issue.
