I am rather new to the Atlanta area and I noticed really fast how horrible everyone drives. I was in a car accident two days before my birthday and it was devastating. A friend referred me to Millar and Mixon and I am more than glad I went with them to help with my case. From the very first time I called the office the receptionist was so amazing and made me feel as if this law firm cared. Debbie was my case manager and she has provided exceptional service to me. I called or emailed her every time I had a question and she answered them right away. She made me feel completely safe throughout this entire process and I can't thank her enough. My name is Gwendolyn Ford and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Millar & Mixon. I was in a car accident in October and was injured as a result. I had a very old vehicle to begin with so I didn't believe that I was going to win a lot of money. I did want to win enough to pay the cost of my vehicle so that I could purchase and or possibly put a down payment on another vehicle. I believed that it would be an easy process considering the other vehicle hit me and received the ticket. This was my first accident and my first time hiring a lawyer and oh how much I would learn from this accident. The other drivers insurance company refused to pay out so my lawyer Kristen Pitts went to work! Oh she was awesome! The team that she had working for her was awesome too! She was very professional and it was such an amazing experience to see her work on my behalf in the court room. Ultimately Kristen Pitts won the case by taking the other driver and the insurance company to court and I won a large settlement. In comparison to most peoples settlements mine was small but it’s because I had a 1990 Honda Accord Coupe. My injuries were not that extensive either and I only went through treatment for about a month until I was feeling better. With all that working against my case Kristen Pitts won my case and my settlement was much more than I was expecting! I can happily say that I am driving a new car with the assistance of Millar & Mixon! God forbid that I am in another accident, but if I am I will definitely be calling Millar & Mixon! It doesn't matter the extent of the injuries or accident Millar & Mixon can and will work wonders for you!

In October 2013, I used Millar and Mixon, LLC for personal injury due to a car accident. The staff was very personable and helpful. The staff was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Everything was stress free and everything was explained in detail to me so I understood how everything worked. The attorney Mr. Joseph was on point with everything. He followed up with me pretty much every day to let me know what was going on and would call me to get information if needed so. He was very pleasent to work with. The experience at Millar and Mixon was outstanding! I definitely would recommend them to anyone and would do business with them again if I ever needed to.

I got in my first accident ever earlier this year and they explained how it all works and they were awesome at calling me back. They have Spanish speaking receptionists and employees that make easy to get stuff done. Good job guys, Ill let my friends and family know if they ever get in a accident
