For someone who's never been in trouble with law enforcement, the judicial system can be a scary and stressful thing. After spending the night courtesy of one of the surrounding metropolitan housing facilities. I was obviously nervous and little beside myself. Reality shows can not depict the fear for someone who's not been in trouble before and the process of that experience of being handcuffed to riding in the back of a patrol car to making a call to get out. After the dust settles, you feel that you are in an uphill battle. The adventure of uncertainty is before you. Well all that ended the moment I called Ashley. To be honest, I called several other offices before hers. Very robotic attorneys gave me some prewritten lecture of how they would do "their best" and etc. The very first call with Ashley I could tell that she loved her job, was very knowledgeable about the law, the charges I was facing, the possible outcomes, how she would approach my case and etc. From the moment I signed on as her client she exceeded my expectations. She was able to get in touch with if I had any questions, kept me apprised of any changes that were happening and more. I was no longer stressed after my first call with her. After my court date she notified me that she had exceeded even her expectations of an outcome (to be honest I think she knew the whole time she was going to hit a grand slam but didn't want to let me down just in case). Don't let your second mistake be not calling a great lawyer and human. So you "Better Call Ashley!"

I felt safe with Ashley from the moment I spoke with her. I had all the confidence in the world that even if she couldn't get me the best outcome, she would make damn sure I got something close to it. She stayed on top of everything and I felt like I truly was with someone I could trust. She really helped make my whole situation, as bad as it was, much better. Ashley was recommended last year by a friend, and I can't be thankful enough. I had a traffic stop which turned into a misdemeanor for the possession of drug-related objects. I went into a FTA hearing expecting to pay a fine and then have to address the tickets attached to the fta at a later date. I left with all tickets dismissed and a 100 dollar fine. I was expecting over 1000.00 in fines. Fantastic Attorney!!! Best money I ever spent.

Ashley was recommended to me by a very close friend when my son received a speeding ticket. When I called her she provided immediate assistance and followed up as promised with an email outlining the process we would follow. After completing a plea in absentia form Ashley attended court on our behalf and on seeing that the regular prosecutor had been replaced by a substitute filed paperwork to reset the date for the hearing. On the revised date she successfully had the case reduced to "violation of basic rules" resulting in no impact on the driving license and no impact on our insurance.
