Great experience from the very first day. My attorney was Matthew Broun. He always got back with me in a timely manner and he also kept me update with my case. If I didn't understand something pertaining to my case he took the time to better explain every detail. What made me most comfortable with Kalka & Baer Firm , was that any time I called everyone I spoke with was very polite. Matthew handled my case in fairly timely manner.I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Kalka & Baer. The best stress "FREE" experience i've ever had!!

Best Lawyer Ever!!!!!!!! Being in an accident is a traumatic event. Bryan and Jackie help to alleviate the anxiety and stress caused by this accident. They did their job effortlessly. Both stayed in constant contact with me and always answered my questions, even when I had many. Their patience, kindness and professionalism was prevalent always. Howard Weintraub and Benjamin Alper are two criminal defense attorneys who are driven by their hearts and souls, and their compassion, sympathy and understanding. Almost three years ago, Mr. Weintraub and Mr. Alper had successfully represented me in my criminal case in Atlanta without any charge to me for their phenomenal legal services. My relationship with Mr. Weintraub and Mr. Alper began in September, 2014, when I appeared in Fulton County State Court. It was my 3rd appearance as I had been struggling financially. I had received a continuance the prior 2 court appearances. The courtroom was overly crowded with at least 150 people and an additional 25 attorneys. Judge Eady was on the bench and called my case. The prosecutor asked if I’d retained an attorney and I told her I had not because the money had to be used elsewhere. She immediately began telling Judge Eady that this was my 3rd appearance and I had failed again to come to court without council. She was visibly upset with me. The judge proceeded to ask me what had been so important that I couldn’t retain an attorney. By now all eyes were on me so I had no choice but to tell him. I told the judge that just 2 weeks ago I’d lost my 14 year old daughter to suicide. I told him I had not worked since and all my savings were being spend on the funeral arrangements. You could have heard a pin drop in the crowded courtroom. The prosecutor immediately sat down and it was all I could do just to stand there with tears in my eyes. That is when one of the attorneys stood up in the front and addressed Judge Eady. He said “Your Honor, Howard Weintraub, nice to see you again. I am here on another case but after hearing this gentleman’s story, my heart goes out to him and his tragic loss. I, and my partner Benjamin Alper will represent Mr. Lawson pro bono. Judge Eady thanked him and he came to the back to meet me. He shook my hand and hugged my neck and we went to an adjoining meeting room. Mr. Weintraub took the time to hear the story of my daughter and his genuine concern for my well-being really touched me. We discussed briefly my case and he said he would be in touch with me as to how to proceed. The very next day he called and I went to his office, we met a number of times before I went to court but Mr. Weintraub and Mr. Alper simply did everything for me. Ben was able to get my driver’s license reinstated in just one day and when I went to court they had the mandatory 10 days in jail sentence totally dropped. Being in the situation I was in, especially under the circumstances I truly don’t know what I would have done without the two of them. Since then both Howard and Ben have individually contacted me, just to make sure I was doing alright and make sure I understood they were thinking of me. I truly don’t know what I would have done without the kindness and professionalism of both Howard Weintraub and Ben Alper. They both helped me through the most difficult time imaginable. And now, in May, 2017 when I am in need of very good attorneys in an unrelated matter, Howard and Ben again are helping me and again at no cost to me. I will say it was my privilege to have those two men stand beside me and represent me. I whole heartedly recommend Howard Weintraub and Ben Alper for your representation as they both truly care about their clients and give 110%. I can’t thank the two of them enough.

I will never hope for my worst enemy to deal with Mr Weintruab.I had no prior criminal record,a stable job and a family.I was falsely accused,He refused to investigate for me with almost $12,000.He couldn't even get me a bond for that much money.He had me take investigatory polygraph which I passed pretending they were admissible in court,he later flip the script and started demanding for more money that was never initially discussed.I could not afford more money then he withdrew from my case.and left me in jail for many months before i could get another lawyer!

Tony Kalka helped us resolve a car accident where the driver that hit us had the car she was driving insured by someone else. At first the other insurance company claimed this was insurance fraud and was not going to pay anything. As soon as we got Tony involved he got them to offer a fair settlement which amounted to the maximum they were insured for. This was not a huge amount of money but Tony treated us like we were his biggest client. I couldn't have asked for better representation.

Mr. Weintraub represented me back in August of 2015. I'm a 20 year old male who got mistakenly accused and didn't know what to do. My family hired Mr. Weintraub who made everything all the more bearable. He was kind, understanding, worked all day and night, and I am beyond grateful for him. If it weren't for Howard's non-stop devotion to my case and getting all charges dropped, I'm not sure where I would be today.
