About 4 years ago I was involved in a auto accident and Tony Kalka handled my case with 100% expertise and efficiency. TODAY my daughter was involved in a accident. I texted Tony and he returned my text within minutes. He assured me my daughter would receive the same if not better professional service as I did. For a concern father that was music to my ears. I am truly grateful to have been represented by Caroline from Kalka & Baer. My ignorance left me dealing with the insurance company alone after my accident in March 2016. I was in a serious car accident last year. A vehicle was illegally towing a heavier vehicle, lost control, and struck my car from behind. I suffered hearing damage when the airbag deployed. Something tells me the reviews here might not be 100% truthful. I called them today to get a consultation about switching lawyers because my current lawyer is not doing her job. They basically told me they wouldn't even talk to me and that I should just use my own health insurance even though I was rear ended and found to have absolutely no fault in this accident. I guess I will keep looking for an attorney who actually wants to work.

On my way to my car, after leaving a work meeting, as I was crossing the street I was hit by a city bus. I had some significant, though not life threatening injuries. In the days following, my children asked friends for recommendations for lawyers. I was extremely fortunate to be told about Tony Kalka. From the beginningTony instilled in me a sense of confidence that I was in the right hands. He came to my house and told me right from start what would involved and how the process worked. After that we had regular communication over the next almost 2 years. He and his staff, particularly Matthew Blake were always available to answer any questions, offer support and generally made me feel like family because they were so invested in my well being. I was sent updates every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case because of that. The presentation given of the case at the court- ordered mediation was a multimedia video that showed all possible aspects of my accident so that there could be no question as to where the responsibility lay. Tony took a direct hands-on approach to this case in a way I did not expect. My situation was not near as serious as many of the cases he handles with terrible permenant injuries. But I felt like he treated mine as though my case was his only case. My case has been resolved and the only regret I have is how much I will miss his warmth, positive, can-do attitude and his great sense of humor. I was in a slip and fall accident about 2 years ago which I tore two ligaments in my wrist and damaged some nerves in my elbow. I had to have surgery for both injuries.
