Unfortunately I cannot speak highly of Attorney Jerome. I have a hard time getting a hold of him. I would leave voicemails and email him only to not get any responses. He sent me some paperwork days after they were due. No apologies. I showed up for a calendar call today. He never showed. Another client of Serge Gerome is here right now too. I found out from her that he's in Douglasville for another trial. So why was I not made aware of this? Even the judge didn't know. So unprofessional.

It’s a huge NO! He answered his phone with no problems before receiving payment! He’s been paid, he never answers and he never showed up to see the client nor the court date! Pathetic individual, and he cursed us out because we called with questions expecting answers! He finally showed up and told the judge that my husband was on parole and 37 years old! My husband is 35 and not any papers!! Please RUN and never call this law firm! He received the money and never went to talk with the client at all! Why would a lawyer discredit his client? When representing your client, I thought you’d withhold the worst information! Then it was false information!
