I retained the Baer Law Firm to represent me in a medical malpractice case. Although the pandemic caused the resolution to take a lot longer than anticipated, after three years I could not be more happy with the outcome. He has been diligent, persistent and relentless in his efforts. He would not settle for anything less than what he felt was originally deserved. The settlement that was reached has opened opportunities for me and family that I never thought imaginable.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of the legal system, I will fear no insurance company: for Bryan and Melinda art with me... I made the mistake of hiring and retaining a craptastic lawyer for entirely too long. The guy made a mess of things, and even dismissed my case without even speaking to me about it. When I finally got the case over to Bryan, it was nearing the statuette of limitations. My case was dead on arrival as far as I was concerned. Yet, Melinda's diligence and Bryan's casual dulcet tones managed to reassure me that all hope was not lost! Maybe they're channeling the force, or maybe they've just seen it all... but they closed my case in record time for the max dollar amount that was legally possible to recover. The only thing these folks need are superhero costumes and a theme song.
