I was lucky enough to have Ms. Champagne deal with me for a whole year. I'm from out of state so hiring an attorney for me was a must, especially with a ticket over 100mph. She attended all of the hearings so I never had to show up in court for any reason. She was able to have the judge continuously lower the consequences and push the date back. In the end I only had to do 24 hours of community service and I still have my license.

The result of my MIP case ended up with me having to donating $400 worth of groceries to a local charity. Considering most of my friends had to be on probation, pay a fine, do community service, etc, I am very happy with the outcome of the case. I would highly recommend to anyone who gets an MIP.
