I am happy to say that her strong expertise, extensive experience, and high ethical standards helped me achieve the best possible outcome. My family and I felt at a disadvantage going into the process because we had no prior knowledge of divorce proceedings, and my ex-spouse is a lawyer. However, Samantha and her paralegal, Hannah Garcia, were exceptional in their communication and always ensured that our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely, respectful, and compassionate manner. Throughout the process, they kept costs down, were always available to discuss the case, and outsmarted my ex-spouse and his legal team at several turns. Be cautious of those attorneys who make hard sales pitches and charge exorbitant fees, such as a flat fee of $750 for an initial draft of a petition for divorce. You don't have to settle for this type of representation! Advocate, supporter, fierce defender, justice seeker and friend. These words barely scratch the surface in describing the many positive attributes of Samantha Lennon. I found Samantha after three years of a fighting a brutally painful and stressful divorce. At the time I naively thought we were finally ready to mediate and settle out of court. I read many reviews and recommendations about Samantha's ability to settle divorce cases and was hopeful she would be able to help close out this chapter of my life. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned through no fault of hers. When things took a turn, so did Samantha's demeanor. To say she fought FIERCELY for me and my son is an understatement. She came in to a case that had been so poorly managed and yet was still fully invested and fought for me like no one else had. She is VERY responsive day or night and even on weekends. She was also very cost conscious, as if it were her own money being spent. I wish I had her in my corner from the beginning. The confidence and validation she helped me find is something I will never forget and am truly grateful for. I cannot recommend Samantha enough. If you find yourself needing a divorce attorney, you will not regret having her on your team.
