My daughter had hired Mr. Rafi as her attorney, and things didn’t go the way she thought they should have. After letting him go, things had gotten a little ugly. Listening to him talk to her on the phone, he was very unprofessional with his words. He was cursing on the phone and told her “THIS IS MY LAW FIRM AND I CAN DO WHAT THE F—— I WANT TO DO”. He also stated to her “I HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT, SO YOU NEED ME I DONT NEED YOU”. I was very unpleased. He was also upset about the reviews that were made on behalf of my daughter’s case, and threatened to sue the ones who made reviews stating “YOU GUYS HAVE GONE TOO F——- FAR”.

They are very untrustworthy, dishonest, they unlawfully took money out of a settlement check knowing they were no longer the attorney for family. Then refused to give money back and they did nothing for the case to get paid at all they were fired before the check was made and new representation was attained and instead of them sending the check to the new law firm. All legal preceedings are being being handled by current law firm.

If you want to win your case, Samantha and her team are who you need! They are one of the top and best attorneys out here! I hired Samantha in January, just 5 days before the next court hearing with the Judge. And within 24hrs of my phone consultation with her, Samantha had my case down to a tee, written out in a very reasonable settlement offer letter to the other party the next day! (Fighting a contempt order against me) My first attorney was a nightmare, I constantly had to remind him the facts in my case and then he failed to argue there was no makeup parenting to be given based on our evidence in the last hearing. I knew I could not chance losing this case, and after speaking with Samantha I knew immediately she was the one to take over my case. Samantha is incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, organized and her attention to detail is impeccable!!! In her court documents, she adds even the smallest details that end up being the biggest impact in your case. You’re in great hands with Samantha, she’s quick to handle or file paperwork and she’s just always on top of it! She’s very responsive and timely with communication, even when she’s in another court case hearing, she gets back to you, during that hearing. She spent the time to really know and understand my side of the case and the evidence, for example, reading through all the exchange text messages, over a 2-year span, which was used as strong evidence to support my case. Samantha’s calm, confident and compassionate demeanor during our hearing and trial was perfect. And she truly cares for her clients, Mother’s Day weekend, my weekend, the father intentionally withheld my child. I could not sleep, and Samantha was there, texting me at 2am, she could not sleep either. Samantha’s attorney fees are super reasonable, she doesn’t overcharge or spends 2-3hrs on work, but instead for example will get it done in 30 mins- and your bills will reflect the same as charged. Samantha is truly outstanding to work with and will fight the hardest for you. We won our case last week; the Judge did not find me in contempt on the 3 alleged charges and instead found the other party in contempt. We won everything we asked for, and more… my attorney fees, the parenting time schedule I requested just the name a few. Samantha fought the hard fight for me and my child for the outcome we had hoped for from the Judge, and it shows how AMAZING Samantha is at what she does!!! THANK YOU, Samantha, you literally saved my life! You are the BEST!!
