To begin I want to say in this message that I am super grateful to Elizabeth as she is a great immigration attorney who helped me get out of an ICE detention center in Folkston Georgia ... that happened last Tuesday with a minimum bond $ 5000 which was very good ..! I am here to Thank Elizabeth Matherne for her exceptional knowledge and commitment she demonstrated in handling my case. To give a little background about the case, i was dealing with ICE who were proclaiming me as illegal resident even though i had a valid stay in US with extension which was in process, however, my i94 was still showing expiration as per my entry 5 years back. ICE was going by i94 records and I was under deportation charges but agree to wait to see response from USCIS on my extension. After i got my extension approval notice i reached out to Elizabeth to help me to drop my case ASAP and get back my bail amount.
