Called in and spoke with Silvia at the office. We had a consultation in 2019 to plan our 2020 wedding and immigration service. We had to postpone due to a loss of a family member and COVID. When I called to reengage, Silvia was extremely rude and argumentative with us. Her tone was unprofessional, which was disappointing. It's a loss of our business as we need someone and you were recommended in 2019. It seems your values and service has declined since.

My family and I were at our wits end when my son was picked up by ICE for deportation. SternLaw was amazingly efficient and aware of all the pot holes that had lain open in my way for more than seven years. I had hired one legal firm in 2014 and another one in 2016 and spent so much to get it right but it never happened until the time I found SternLaw on google.
