Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest. After searching online for the best defense attorney I could find, I contacted Mr Weintraub at 7 am the following morning and he immediately went into action. He was able to get my son released the following day on a signature bond so that he would not miss any more classes. Over the next several weeks, Mr Weintraub and his fantastic private investigator gathered exculpatory evidence, interviewed witnesses and expertly navigated the case through the court system. Before the end of the year he was able to have the case entirely dismissed. I have no hesitation in recommending Howard Weintraub as a criminal defense attorney and cannot imagine what might have happened to our son if I had not made the call.

No one appreciates light more than someone surrounded by darkness. The criminal justice system is a dark room whose floor is filled with black holes that no one wants to fall into because once you do there is no way out. You need a light to navigate the room. For my family, Howard was that light. In September of this year, I saw a great attorney who walked with us through a tremendous amount of darkness and shined spectacularly when the darkness was at its worst.
