Good morning Justin. Let me say this to you, I wish I had met you way back before my case became messy. There is a bunch of immigration attorneys out there, and then there is you. You know your stuff and you made a difference to me and my family. I know my case is not quite done yet, but you have moved mountains for me already. I surely thank you.
As we move to the Naturalization phase, I have nothing but faith in you with your guidance. I know it's a matter of time and trusting the process.
Finally, let me say this, if and when I run into anyone with immigration issues, I will gladly refer them to you for your opinion and help.
Thanks again Justin

I cannot say that this attorney has done what was promised. Every document needed for my case I provided and organized for him, all he did was stamp with his signature and took payment. I waited 10 years to bring back my husband back to the US and be reunited with me even though he promised he would stand by me until he is here. Instead, after just about 2 or 3 years he gave up on my case and never answered my calls. I read all these reviews about people with misdemeanors, etc. ..yet my husband never had a conviction and still he couldn't have helped me to bring him back before the 10 years. I only remember being left alone and abandoned during this hardship.

Justin was great for my wife and I to work with, as i was transitioning from a difficult visa situation due to a paperwork issue by an educational institution.
He takes you through every step, and was with us at our interview.
We will be using him again for our removal of restrictions this upcoming summer.

Justin is a very considerate and helpful attorney.
He calmly guided us through an often stressful process.
He answers all questions promptly.
When we started the application, we were based in Atlanta. However, we moved to another neighboring State when we applied and our interview was scheduled at that State. Justin drove 6 hours without any extra cost to represent us during the interview!

Attorney Justin Chaney is one of the best attorneys out there. He is amazing, honest, honorable, supportive, friendly, smart, and very dependable. Prior to hiring Justin Chaney, I was screwed by a for profit probation company, an unfair system, and a dishonorable Judge. This is not an easy fix.
Here is what happened. I had a speeding case (yes a speeding case) that turned really bad. This happened in a small, country town. I was warned about court dealings in places like this. Well, reality hit me.
I was sentenced a fine plus a court fee, and a partial amount of it could be paid with
community service for speeding. I didn't have the money at the time to pay for the ticket, because I had just lost my job due to car troubles,
so the stand-in Judge (a Judge who was a substitute for the official Court's Judge) placed me on probation to give me time to pay the ticket off. The stand- in Judge told me that once I paid the ticket off my probation would be terminated, but the probation and the official Judge of the court didn't want to hear that this was the case when I repeatedly tried to tell them. They lied and refused to hear the truth even though it was on recording. They were rude. The probation Officer would hang up on me several times.
They claimed I was supposed to continue to be on probation and continue to pay supervisor fees. This was not what I was told by the stand in Judge. It was a very bad situation because it doubled the cost of my ticket and I was not able to pay, plus my freedom was taken. Well, to make a long story short. I was due some money and ended up being able to pay the full price of the ticket, which I wanted to do to be left alone by that Judge and probation officer. But, when I paid they still told me that I had to continue to be on probation and continue to pay supervisor fees.
It was not fair. I paid for my offense, but this was in a small town, and they apparently felt that they could do whatever they wanted to at my expense. I ended up getting locked up
for a total of 14 days. It was a terrible time. I lost the job I had just gotten, couldn't see my daughter (she missed important tests for school), almost lost my place, etc. And I'm still trying to get back on my feet because of that horrible situation. I had anxiety attacks and had suicidal thoughts because of this. You don't play with people's lives like that. Well, even though I stayed in jail that long and paid for my offense, the Judge still continued the probation and supervisor fees at the probation revocation hearing. All the evidence was there, and she did it just because she had the power to do so and I didn't have an attorney.
Once I got out of jail, I didn't know what to do. I needed an attorney but had no money. I called the Justice Department and was referred to Justin Chaney. He was a life saver. I didn't think much could be done because they were in a small town and the Judge felt she had the power to do what she wanted considering she was a Judge, but Attorney Justin handled this very well and ended up getting the probation stopped and more ( not without a fight of course). Attorney Justin Chaney really knows his stuff. I will recommend him to anybody. Not only that, he really listens and makes sure he has everything. He was very nice and personable to me and my daughter and represented me to the best of his ability. He wasn't afraid of the Judge(some attorneys are, believe it or not). He's really a fighter for justice and fairness, and I'm so appreciative of what he's done for me. I am so blessed that he was recommended to me. He really should run for President. He would definitely get my vote. Thank you Attorney Justin Chaney.

I came to see Mr. Chaney in 2010, for adjustment of status and he was extremely approachable and explained the immigration laws in simple terms. Over the years he has been instrumental in my ongoing petitions and he even helped me in a immigration related issue that was delaying my RN license. Mr Chaney's attention to detail and his dedication to his clients is commendable. He was always honest with me and was not patronizing like some attorneys can be. I would hire him again and gladly recommend him to anyone with a sticky immigration issue.

1-- he can easily be reached by the client via Email and answers all the questions and concerns of the client.
2-- its he! who who does the service unlike some Lawyers who uses other individuals like secretary while the client needs an experienced Lawyer.
3-- he is financially affordable in comparison with other Lawyers who has like his experience.
4-- he understands what he is doing.
thanks to him for helping me that my citizenship was approved! today.

I met Mr chaney in the summer of 2014 when i ran into some immigration issues trying in the process of trying to get my green card. 11 years ago (2001) i had been arrested for misdemeanor shoplifting and this has come back to haunt me during my immigration process and ruled me ineligible for attaining my greencard. This was one of the darkest times in my life and i met with several lawyers who i could clearly tell from the initial consultation that all they wanted was my money but Mr Chaney was very assuring when i met him and assured me all will be well. He did not charge for the initial consultation and even allowed me to pay him in installments when as he proceeded with my case. This was a very warming and encouraging gesture as i was the only bread winner in my family with a stay at home wife and new born child . Mr chaney was able to get the current judge to clarify my previous sentence and allow me to be eligible for my green card. A month ago from today i was awarded my green card and i am not a lawful permanent resident after 15 years of living in the U.s . I cannot possibly thank Mr chaney enough and i would highly recommend him to any one seeking criminal/immigation counsel. He truly does care for your situation and he will fight really hard to make sure you get a favorable resolution to your case.
If you are looking for a criminal/immigartion lawyer you have found the right one.

Mr Chaney was flexible, knowledgeable and well organized in dealing with my case. I had an Asylum case which was pending with immigration for eight years, after retaining Chaney he was able to close my case within twelve months. He was in constant contact with me, made an in depth and thorough research about my Asylum case and defended me in court to the best of his ability. He was steadfast, honest, helpful and very reliable. I thank God that i hired Mr. Chaney, his fees were affordable and payment plan was very flexible.
