Mr. Fisher was recommended to me by another attorney who does not handle criminal charges. He took a personal approach to my situation and I could tell that he understood both the legal aspects and my feelings. When we were in front of the judge, Mr. Fisher stayed focused on the charge at hand and did not hesitate to point out that the other party did not even mention the charge listed in their complaint. Mr. Fisher has an excellent grasp of criminal law yet remains down to earth and in touch with his clients.

I highly recommend Kevin Fisher. He has made a stressful situation as easy as possible for a number of people I know. He is efficient, works hard, and has achieved a favorable outcome in several cases I know about (DUI, traffic offenses, etc.). His clients can always get a hold of him and he is easy to work with.

I contacted Mr., Kevin Fisher after receiving a citation for speeding (102 MPH in a 65 MPH) and a citation for reckless driving. Potentially I would receive ten points on my license however, Kevin was able to speak with the prosecutor. The prosecutor was not willing to amend the speeding ticket nor allow a no contests plea. Kevin argued on my behalf with the judge and was able to get the judge to amend the reckless driving to a no point offense and a no contest plea on the speeding ticket. Ten points reduce to zero points. A very good outcome.
