I am very pleased with the customer service and special attention from the staff of this law firm. I was involved in a bad accident in my personal vehicle, which took me out of work and ended my career of truck driving. I am happy to say that with time and communication I am more than happy with my settlement and the way I was treated. Special thank you to Zach for being patient with me and my questions, as well as Ms. Brenda and Mr. Jeff. You all are amazing.

I expected just a business transaction BUT I didn’t expect to be treated like a real person and not just a file or case. Zack was fantastic and specifically reached out to me and kept me informed. Jeff was especially considerate. They’re customer service went above my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect this type of treatment from a law firm.
