10/10 would recommend. Nikoo was always responsive and did a perfect job walking me through the process of PT treatments after my truck was hit. Hired Mr. Razavi for my car that was hit while it was parked. Mr. Razavi listened to my problems/concerns attentively and suggested plan that will bring out the best outcome for me. He also kept contact with me for all my issues/needs and responded right away. Nikoo made sure I received a great settlement. He made sure my totaled car was handled promptly. Mr.Razavi answered the phone or called back within 5-10 mins each time I reached out and tried to contact him.He was very prompt and direct when it came to updates, answering questions, and sending important documents on time and we he assured me they would be sent..He reduced his fees and cut the check as soon as he received it
