In the past, I never saw the benefits of having an attorney to review contracts and documents. 5 years ago I was introduce to Tanya Nebo to review a new lease agreement. After reviewing my previous agreement with Attorney Nebo, I learned many concerns about the first lease agreement that placed my practice in a position that ultimately could have affected my practice and family financially in a negative way if during the initial 10 years of my practice something catastrophic happened to me personally. Because Tanya Nebo's help in the renegotiation of a new lease for 5 additional years, I was placed in a greater financial position which afforded me the opportunity to recently close on the purchase of a new condo space for my practice. For the last 5 years I have use Tanya for all of my agreement negotiations and real estate document readings. (In addition, she was the closing attorney for the condo purchases which made me feel more secure with the transaction.) I highly recommend Nebo Law firm as an advisor for real estate /contract agreements. Tanya is very professional. She reacts to her clients needs efficiently and expeditiously. I needed legal counsel to interpret a set of documents I could not interpret for myself.
