Great people plus Great service

I cannot say that I am happy with my experience. Between the lack of communication and the feeling of being a bother, I am more mentally exhausted from the case than the actual accident. I understand the process can be lengthy and tedious; however, as the client I should be updated on the status of my case periodically without having to double email. Furthermore, I don’t feel like my case received the best representation. I have been told more than once that “Progressive is notorious for offering low settlements”. To me, that sends the message of “why bother?”. Ultimately, as a driver who was hit by an uninsured drunk driver, I feel like I’m left to pick up all the pieces - financially & mentally. I am defeated. If anyone asked, I would recommend just taking an offer directly from the insurance company. It would save you the trouble of the back and forth and chasing answers.
