I was considering the Brown Group. However, towards the end of the conversation I asked that the firm send over the contingency agreement for me to review. I was told that it's firm policy that do not send out their contingency agreements for potential clients to review. I asked the intake specialist who would sign a contingency agreement without reviewing the agreement. I was then told that they contingency agreement contains proprietary information Anytime attorneys don't provide allow an individual to review agreements and (or) contracts prior they're basically hiding something or don't want individuals to have the opportunity to read the fine print for a reason. One should never employ a Law Firm that refuses to provide the documents to review prior to meeting with the firm. John Foye and Associates sent their documents over immediately. However, for whatever reason The Brown Firm wouldn't.. Word to the Wise, never employ a law firm don't grant potential clients the contingency agreements for review prior to deciding to work with the law firm. It most certainly is not wise to do so. Lastly, I was told by the intake specialist that if I didn't like their policy that I could go with another law firm. As a result, "I AM" I would never work with any law firm that that so boldly told me that I can easily go with another law firm if I don't like their policy
