I don't think he can find his way to the courthouse. He his as dumb as they come. He took over a year to file a simple motion that should have been done in a week. When the opposing side never answered the motion or discovery Barry Katz did nothing for another year. He missed deadlines in my case. I suggest VERY STRONGLY you go elsewhere. I didn't want to give any stars, but you have to give at least one.

Barry represented us in the purchase, and later, in the sale of our home. He brought out attention to details that would have later created significant problems had he not forseen them and guided us to take corrective action.

Absolutely the worse attorney I have ever come in contact with. I wish I had never hired him. I would not recommend him to represent you over a parking ticket. This is one VERY BAD attorney. His lack of knowledge astounds me. He took over a and a half to file a motion that should have been done immediatly. because of his poor performance as an attorney I have had to contact a malpractise attorney to try and undue the damage he has cost me.
