Mark Issa is lousy unprofessional attorney. He allowed my friend to go to prison for a car accident. He took days to return her calls. He didn't bother to even show up for her arraignment or any of her court appearances that I know of. He did nothing to improve her case and probably made it worse. Disgraceful!
