Attorney Ibrahim Awad is very professional and care so much about his clients. We were amazed by his dedication and commitment to our case. We were very fortunate to have attorney Awad to handle an traffic citations for my youngest son who was charged with reckless driving and over speeding with 37 miles over the limit. Mr. Awad knew exactly what to do, he explained our options and give us the best advise on how to proactively take the steps to get ready for our day in the court. He is well respect in the court and worked out a very good deal where one of the serious charges was dropped and the speeding was reduce to 14 miles so no points against my son's license. I highly recommend Attorney Awad and his team. He is amazing, honest and very ethical. We were fortunate to find him!!

In 2018, I was referred to via another firm since my case wasn't extreme. My daughter, grandson and I were hit by a company utility truck on the highway. The Awad firm seemed to be a good fit and made us feel we had a good case initially. However, as time progressed, we were not being informed of the status of our case and since we weren't extremely hurt, our opinion is, the case didn't get the attention it needed. When questioned about the status of the case after a year, we were told the company's insurance hadn't responded to them. This went on for several months after as we awaited the closure of our case. The Awad team was not forthcoming with information and we didn't feel that we should have had to follow up with them on so many occasions. When we asked what else could be done to get the insurance company to respond, we were told "nothing". This is poor customer service at best. A year and a 1/2 later, the case is finally settled (for a small amount) and we still have hospital bills that we owe out of our own pockets. Horrible!

Mark fought hard for me when no one else would. He got me the maximum settlement the other drivers lousy insurance covered. He really made this horrible stressful situation much less painful and kept me informed the entire way. Bless you sir!!!

Love Mark like a son .Best DAMN lawyer in state of Ga. Well that was 6 years ago. Now Mark is a high profile lawyer and he has change with the money. I would not use him now. He doesn't care about the people who don't have any money like he use to. Now he's a snob!

I was getting on 575 at the Woodstock 92 entrance and one of their advert cars attempted to cut me off on the ramp. Pretty typical of people on this ramp but in a marked car it's bad taste. I let it go but then saw the driver pass me going over the speed limit in the left lane which again, i wouldn't care about but she was riding the line, almost in my door, while texting and driving. The only reason I'm pointing this out is because I feel as though it's inappropriate for someone to represent business this way, let alone a law firm.

He was my old man attorney which me and him got locked up during drug raid and he hired Jeff and my man was facing time with a possession charge and Jeff came to the rescue he got the case dismissed.. very professional and straight forward THANKFUL
