Jeffery Manciagli was a beacon of hope to my best friend and her family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. He was able to defend her on not one but two criminal cases, he was always available and very responsive no matter what time of day.
