At first I thought about going to this law firm many times because of the distance , which was almost 2 hours away from my home in Habersham County. But now , that my case has finished I don’t regret having Marshall handle my petition to bring my husband to the United States from Mexico. I had started my application on my own but when the nvc started asking for more evidence I was unable to process this all on my own. Marshall took over my case and Carlos Alfaro his Paralegal was a major part of it! Carlos made it easier for me when scheduling on my days off to go to their office or handling things over the phone or email! My husband officially is here now! Over 5 years of going in and out of the country to see him, now I don’t have to be worrying about my trips and the money. I could not be any happier! The amount of attention and patience that Nabi had with me was amazing I can’t thank her enough for that. Right off the bat the staff are so friendly, there are interpreters ready on the spot to assist you if you don’t speak English and that walk in with you if you have an appointment. Marshall Cohen was very knowledgeable on my father’s immigration case and worked very quickly. He communicated very well and gave all updates on my father’s case without me having to constantly to call the offices.
