Will take your money! And not take your case!

Marshall Cohen was my immigration attorney for cancelation of removal proceedings. I WON and this is why! Because my attorney was Marshal Cohen. Marshall from the onset of the case has been a thorough professional he asked me to obtain documents for my case and once I handed him the documents he put my case together. Before the court date he met with me and gave me a trial run of questions that he would ask and that he anticipated the government would ask – this put me at ease and I felt prepared going in to the hearing. For the case he chose a person as a character witness who is a dear friend of mine that even I did not think about! On the day of the court my character witness testified first and created the space for me on which I could build my reasonings. This was Marshall's plan and it was brilliant and turned out to be very effective. The government attorney was rough on me with his questions but because Marshall had prepared me beforehand I could keep my composure and answer questions. The government attorney put a strong argument against my case but this was most impressive about Marshall that he was prepared and knew me and my case so well that he countered the government attorneys every point on my behalf in a very effective way. At the end the judge made it a point to commend Marshall on the fact how well he argued on my behalf. Just as he had assured me numerous times before that I would be okay exactly this is how the judge ruled my case.
