I was involved in a rear end collision exactly one week ago today. The incident occurred on a Friday. The next Monday, I had John Foy & Associates on the phone and setup an initial consultation. The very same day, an associate visited us (my wife and I) and swiftly began our paperwork. Since Monday, I have been contacted by our Attorney to move forward with what is expected to be an easy and quick settlement. At first they were super nice to us. Called back in a timely manner. Then I started asking more and more questions and surpise no response. Never once did any attorney call me or advise me anything. I started with them in May 2019 and 3 months later fired them because at that point I was just a check or money to this firm. The Durham firm which took over my case had better Customer serivce and the attorney Called the same day before I even signed with them. Hmmm Showed me who cared more about my accident.

Linda Allen is an amazing attorney. She was very patient with me and made sure I received the proper care. This is my second time with her and she went above and beyond. I’m very satisfied with her services.
