I’d give a 0 if I could. I was in an accident September 30th 2022, I contacted Bader Scott thinking I’d have a great experience, turns out it’s the worst and wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. I got a legal team and they were doing okay at first but after 3 months no one would call to update me, so I called about 5 times and they finally told me that the legal team I had, left bader scott. They gave me a new team and they helped at first, Rodrigo Bonifaz calls me and tells me he has great news and says I’d be getting a good amount more than I was expecting from the accident. So I patiently wait and wait and today I get a call saying that I won’t be getting that amount and I’ll be receiving less. I’ve been waiting for a whole year for a miserable amount of settlement while all the hospitals, chiropractic, and Bader Scott divides all the money and I get miserable amount of money. Wouldn’t ever use them again and don’t recommend anyone to use them.

The worse attorney firm in Atlanta we had 2 cases on was with Mike Flogio he told me not spec much from case their staff had the worst attitude except the receptionist were very friendly, back to the attorney assigned for me never stay in touch so just let them go and I was about to sign with my other attorney Seth Bader called me to invite for breakfast to apologize to me and they will really take care of me. Never happened with my new attorney I had a settlement 5 times more the Badet firm . Not recommended at all to much advertising to get you tell you that care THEY DON'T CARE. please don't go there with them at all

It was overall a GREAT experience, you just have to be patient and let them do their job, Rodrigo took care of a coworker and i & we couldn’t be any more satisfied with the result, I was referred to them by a sibling of mine whom also had a wonderful outcome to her case with the help of this amazing team of attorneys. !
