Don't know if I spoke with an attorney or paralegal. Spoke with Patrick, he wasn't really engaged in initial call (long pauses/distracted) and then proceeded to ask for my address and emergency contact info. Asked why, he said because we're representing you. Uh no? I asked for info about firm to be emailed, he refused, but requested to callback at 3pm. He called at 3:30pm. Then at 4:16pm. The next day, he called 3x in a row. I informed him I was choosing not to move forward and he became argumentative. I explained if this is any indication of how your firm conducts business I will not be moving forward. Can't recommend.

Yes they started out so nice and then stopped responding to my questions and calls. We found out that the lady that hit me didn't have auto insurance, but I had extra uninsured coverage. And the attorney got pd 45% so after my medical bills he got more money then I did. I wouldn't referral they to no one.

I had a very understanding lawyer she was outstanding this was my first time going through this and having Carly And Erica on my side all my worries went out the window very professional thanks guy!
