I have been dealing with Bader Scott Injury Lawyers David Byrd #974073 since 2019 to resolve an injury case valued at $50000 where I suffered a concussion and three herniated vertebrate in my back as verified by MRI and doctors statement. The amount of time this case has taken nearly three years is unacceptable. Months and months of calls to Erwin have gone unanswered. This case has been handled at as ails pace showing weakness to the insurance company from this firm. At the point I left a message of considering firing this incompetent firm Mr. Byrd left a message on my cell that he would ask the judge on this case to allow them to abandon representation. If you have a multi million dollar case then you will probably get return calls and be kept abreast of your status. Beware of bringing your case to this firm. I will be making a formal complaint with the bar association of Georgia and have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Be aware non lawyer "assistants" will be driving your case. Mr. Byrds firm may be able to cut their losses with this case however they wont be able to sweep this one under the rug! No settlement no reasonable offer and no results in 2019/2020/2021/2022! Less talk and more work

I referred my fiance to this firm, and we are very disappointed in the service that we have been receiving. Just this past Wednesday my fiance texted and called her lawyer as instructed when something came up at work, after 2 more attempts, and 48 hours later, we still have not heard from our assigned lawyer. We've been trying to let him know of the mistreatment they have started to do at her job and she's been in pain and they still haven't given her a referral to a specialist over a month now. WHERE IS OUR LAWYER WHEN WE NEED HIM SMH!!! WE WILL BE CHANGING AS OF MONDAY!!!
