I chose this law firm based on the commercial I heard on the radio. How compassionate he was for those injured. I gave them 5 stars because the firm did good work. I do feel the communication during the case could have been better. I contacted a person for weeks via email and phone to find out oh your case has been moved to another person. Communication is key. Also I know my case was not going to make them rich but I did at least expect the max policy amount for the settlement. Other than that they are a great firm and I would use them again.
