Dont be trick by the 5 star reviews. When I first hired them I received an email asking for a 5 start review for 50.00. I didnt do it I wanted to see how the service was before doing a review. Here is my experience, I was not please with the service that was redner. I will never use this law firm again. The staff is not on the same page. Spoke to one person was told one thing and another person told me something different. When the check was ready for one of my nieces there was someone else name and address on the check that wasnt associate with our case. As a law firm I expect better than that. If the check would've been mailed out it would've went to the wrong person. How do you make that type mistake. Then there where too kids in the accident there name is similar but not the same the accounting staff did not process the check for the second child stating they had already issued the check which they hadn't. Thankful that Kandance took the time see the mistake and get it corrected while everyone else was just saying no paper was return for that child when it was. We kept being told that paper work wasnt recieved when all alone it was someone not doing their job in accounting instead of looking at the child information correctly they didnt. Was told after their gross error on their part to pick up the check the next day at this point we no longer reside in Ga so having to keep going back and forth was not an option. We stayed in Ga got to their office at 245. Only to be told at 320 the check was not ready there were several others waiting on their checks they got theirs we still was waiting again if they had done their jobs correctly we wouldnt have to come the next day. Again another error the check was ready we were being told they still needed to be sign. This shouldve have been done the checks shouldve been ready at 3pm since the error was on the law firm. We didnt get it till 345 thanks again to Kandance she did come and apologize. After all the errors and mistakes if we are ever need of an attorney in Ga we will not use this law firm. We were not treated as a valued client rather just a number I get they in business to make money that shows. The only good thing I have to say about the law firm Kandance was amazing she didnt just brush me off (I talk to four different people before talking to her). She listen and got to the root of the problem and got it resolve. I'm thankful for that. Or we would have to left Ga with out payment and took the risk of it being sent to the wrong person. Choose a law firm that see you as a valued client not just a pay check/number. Really need some improvements in this law firm.

When it comes to excellent customer service, I have been served. Communication is the top priority to me. I love the fact that I don’t have to follow up with the Lawfirm, however, they follow up with me. Being Proactive is all the customer service I need to feel comfortable about my case.

I would literally give one star if I could this whole company just good for making jingles they really not about what the singing on these songs take it from me FIND ANOTHER FIRM!!!

Attorney Sanders has a well staffed everyone is so friendly. When I had an issue with my car rental they got on the phone and assisted me right away. Any time that I needed this office they responded to me very quickly respectfully and I have nothing but good comments to say.
