They are very Professional and Responsive.

Bad Faith, I didn't sign the Power of Attorney form, but I got treated like I signed the form. I told them I wanted to be present during the negotiation process. We communicate by email, we did several emails. They agreed and set the date and time for the negotiation. When it was time for the negotiation, no one contacted me. I contacted them, and they told me I was the wrong client they was talking to. That was unprofessional, I am sure the corrupt lawyer Alex Murdaugh did a better job. He cheated his a few of his clients out of millions of dollars. My case was settled after a few weeks after they told me that I was the wrong client they was talking to. I did not believe them for the amount of money they told me that I was going to get. If this was vice versa and I told them they were going to get a small amount of money and settle the case without them, they would not believe me. It's more things that they done wrong I will end it here.

very unhappy with this company and there services!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY, MOST OF ALL THE REVIEWS ARE NOT ACCURATE! MAINLY DUE O BEING BRIBED WITH A $50 GIFT CARD TO WRITE A 5 STAR REVIEW PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF MY FAMILYS CASE. WHAT BUSINESS DOES THAT???? THEY were very unprofessional, lazy, and soft towards the insurance company of the other driver who hit my entire family! we received little to no follow up and never once spoke with a j. sanders at all.

They were very informative and caring about me in my time of need. They regularly checked on me. And made sure I was satisfied through out my whole deal.
