If I could rate ZERO STARS I would!!! This law office totally mishandled a claim that was a win/win for me. The person they had assigned to my claim was not effective at all. Instead of them working for me, I felt it was the other way around. I had never been involved in an accident so this was all new to me and I did not get proper treatment. Instead of telling me from the beginning there was a time frame that had to be met to go into the chiropractor they waited until it was the last min and advised I could no longer go because it would be considered an overlap. They screwed me from beginning to end and I wish I had went with another law company, again my claim was a win/win and I lost due to me being referred here, worst decision I could make please do your research!!! UPDATE: I received a very professional and pleasant call from a member of management who explained the process very well to me. Although we cannot go back and fix the settlement amount, she ensured I was educated for future incidents.

So far the staff at Julian Sanders Law Group has been professional, friendly, and they seem to care about the well being of their clients. I will update once my case is closed 🙂
