These people are crooks. They did nothing for me that I feel I couldn’t have done for myself. As long as they can get their 40%, they don’t care about you or your situation. It hurts to get ripped off but it’s worst when it’s your own people that’s doing it to you. This law firm is a money grab just like the big firms in Atlanta. You are better off with a small firm someone is running from their home office. I got $7k for a totaled car, two herniated disks in my back and a bum wrist. They seem to be in cahoots with certain chiropractors around the city as well. They never contacted me about my case. They were gonna take the max insurance payout from the start. Never seriously considered a lawsuit in my behalf.

If hard work and dedication were a person, it would be KP LAW GROUP. When I tell you I had the best experience ever in life, so for. From the moment they received my cases (when another reputable law firm said they couldn't get my case resolved), they've been spot on. Even when the insurance company was trying not to accept accountability, KP LAW GROUP said no, no, no, this belongs to you!!!! They settled my cases in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my cases!!!! That's right case!!!! All I can say is if you're looking for a law group that is going to fight for you, I recommend KP LAW GROUP !!!!!

Took them over 2 years to settle a lawsuit they offered little to no follow-up on, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone helpful, they dont even have a dedicated office, its a shared workspace and conference room utilized by other businesses. They increased their fee because they couldn't settle a simple case upfront, and ended up settling for less than I would have expected 2 years later but still charged the higher 40% base fee+ additional filing fee and etc. When settling my rear-end accident from October 2020 in February 2023, an amount was withheld, awaiting confirmation of information related to reimbursement of medical bills previously paid for by health insurance. I reached out to my heath insurance company and they havent recieved any reimbursement, and wasn't able to determine if reimbursement was required for an accident related settlement. This law group has made no effort to read simple policy documents from years ago to determine if its required but took 40% fee and deposited settlement balance in their account. Im going to reach out to other medical providers this week to make sure they were paid. what are you doing with client settlements?? Why doesn't an attorney dealing with bodily injury law know if medical bills covered under health insurance need to be paid back? Find a reputable attorney with an office, and knows how to follow up and manage cases in a timely manner.

THE WORST BEWARE OF THEM!! They are croks they deceive people they collects people's check cash it and never make payments on your medical expenses causing lein on your name they the worst form of representation. They don't communicate with you about your case at all you have to be calling and checking all the time. Brenda Torres the worst!! she the one carring out the dirty work of the company she lies she say one thing now and deny saying it in the future they are evil and am making sure I make all my reports to all the necessary place for them to get investigated I have several people who was working with them as well and had the same experiences and they had to get rid of them just the same. BEWARE OF THEM!!

Best Update!! My case was settled in 9 months after the litigation process. They discovered additional Key Details that subsequently increased my compensation immensely. Kristen and Shelley, along with a host of others, fought aggressively and relentlessly to Get the Compensation my Daughter and I deserved. KP'S indefatigable Spirit Holds #1. THANK YOU KP!!

I am so happy I decided to ignore the lawyers are awful mantra. These guys truly rock and they look out for my own concerns and advise accordingly.
