Not at all impressed by this firm. When I initially retained them it was under the impression they would fight tooth and nail for my interests. Of course, like any good grift, the bulldog salesman attorney was shifted from my case days after I retained the firm, and was assigned a limp noodle in their place. I felt like I had to fight my attorney every step of the way to advocate for me, and despite no progress being made week after week, thousands in billable hours managed to be accounted for. Even though they drafted the divorce settlement and parenting plan that was ultimately accepted, I’ve come to discover over the course of the last year how lacking the parenting plan is. Compared with other plans divorced friends of mine have this one has virtually zero guard rails for defining impermissible behavior—and it has made coparenting particularly difficult in that often there is no standard to point out. If you have any issues with the firm expect them to be as transparent and communicative as a ball of mud. If I could do it over again I would find a different firm or individual attorney that actually cared, and would treat me as a person and not a piggy bank for them to raid. The firm can come in here below me and argue knowledge of retainer agreements, and all the other excuses they like to make, but at the end of the day the fact of the matter is I don’t feel like the money I spent on this firm was remotely worth it. Find representation elsewhere. Two stars because the end result was better than not having representation at all.

I am so glad I found and was able to work with Jack, Alex and their team. I truly couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful with the results of the case. Since day one they were genuinely taking care of me with so much empathy and respect! That made the whole process much easier for me. Northover Law Group is awesome! They went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was rear ended while I was driving with my cousin. There was very little damage done to my bumper and no major injuries so the police was not called to the site of the accident. I contacted Alex a couple of weeks later to discuss the accident and he confirmed I could still file a lawsuit. He immediately sent me to a great doctor for the follow up and was able to settle out my claim for the policy max. Not only did Jack win my case but my cousin’s as well. We both walked away with checks for the policy limit!!! I was amazed and the communication from the firm was great the entire process. Especially Saya and Jack. I’d tell anybody who has been in a collision no matter how small to go see this Alex and Jack. They really take care of the client and have your best interest. Very pleased with all my services.
