I appreciated his willingness to give me a brief description of Georgia Law relating to a water related issue that popped up after my neighbor did some landscaping last winter. He also advised me to try to avoid the court system-something I knew I wanted to avoid, but I appreciate a lawyer who isn't trying to drum up expensive work for himself. I also appreciate that he was willing to do a brief 5-minute phone conversation without charge.

Mr. Daughdrill answered my questions relative to urban tree law by outlining the guiding general concepts and also by providing specific answers to my more targeted questions. Best of all he responded rapidly to my initial message and I was able to speak with him quickly which to me is one of the more important attributes to consider when engaging an attorney.
