Mr. Harper assisted in resolving a property line dispute and enabled the fence company to erect the fence that was approved and permitted by the county. He handled the case promptly, efficiently, and was very courteous. Mr. Harper was excellent in communicating and explaining all proceedings during the dispute. He also followed upon completion to be sure all issues were resolved regarding this case, which I appreciated.
