Great law firm... I went on a limb and gave them a shot and they didn't miss!!! There was always a line of communication via email, text and calling... They kept me in the loop at all times and settled my case before a year of the accident... Im happy with the results and will be using them again if need be in the future

Its been over a year and my case has still not been resolved. They never updated me on anything after the first month. After calling and getting zero response for months I finally realize that my case manager had quit and no longer works there (no one informed me) At that point i no longer wanted them to represent me and all I needed from them was for them to send a letter/email to the insurance company stating that they are no longer representing me so that I could finally move forward with my case. It has been since October 2019 and they still have yet to send a simple email after countless detailed voicemails and emails from me, the insurance company and my other representatives. This is ridiculous. I've only been able to actually get someone on the phone 3 times during this whole process. It does not take over a year to send a simple email. This has been a tremendous waste of time and energy. I recommend avoiding this place at all cost if you have been involved in a auto accident.

I don't know how to really describe them right at this moment. But later on down the line i'll be able to update that for ya.

Suggs Lawfirm took very good care of me after my accident .They were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. They were very accommodating. They fought hard to get me plenty of compensation for my accident, and now I have enough to replace my car that was totaled. I had a car accident and my insurance company gave me a very hard time, they didn’t want to pay For my repairs and I became very stressed and started getting anxiety. I called Mr Attorney Suggs, he explained to me how to handle my insurance company and told me what to do, and said if I need him, he will represent me in court when we sue them. I immediately felt a lot better and had a clear understanding of what was going on. Attorney Suggs is my lawyer and I highly recommend him to everyone.

Attorney Eldridge Suggs has been a nightmare for me. Attorney Suggs allowed the stature of limitation run out before he filed my case against Macy which he had all the medical information needed to file. I fell in Macy in 2015 and I had surgery in October 2017 were I had three plates put in my hip because my pelvis had separated from my hip. Doctor had stated that this was caused from the fall. Macy walked away without being penalized. I tried to make Attorney Suggs to pay for his negligence but he didn't carry malpractice insurance so he got away. I have suffered a great amount of pain and much loss. In 2020 still suffering now I have to have a hip replacement . I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Suggs you are not a good Attorney. You know you did me wrong.
