Elissa was great, this was my first time being involved in an accident where I needed an attorney. I didn't know what to expect, but she kept me informed throughout the whole process. She was able to answer all of my questions, and make me feel comfortable. She was always responsive with returning phone calls, and very present when discussing my case. I would definitely want to work with her again, if I was in another accident of this degree.
