Handled our closing quickly, efficiently

Really terrible closing process - they dropped the ball on just about everything that wasn't standard out-of-the box. The were slow to respond and rude. More then a week after my closing I am still running after them for them to do their jobs. We used the Marietta office. Save yourself a headache and don't do it.

We've paid 6,000 bucks for these people to basically do nothing. Haven't heard from them in 3 months then they send the bill for us asking what the status of the case was. Still nothing.

This closing company cost us almost $2,000 because they dropped the ball and did not do their job! We did not receive our HUD settlement statement until a mere 17 hours before closing. Our mortgage was not included in the statement and when we arrived at closing our property taxes were $2,300 for the period Jan - July 22nd. This is the amount it should have been for an entire year. When I explained that we were entitled to the senior exemption our closing attorney said, "That is between you and them"!!! The Buyer's!! Who we didn't even know. Had we received our HUD statement 3 days before closing AS REQUIRED BY LAW, we could have had this taken care of.
