They did a wonderful job on my case. Communication was outstanding. Staff was on point with updates. I’m very happy with what I walked away with. My kids cases were free. Satisfied customer for sure and highly recommend.

Our family is very pleased with the results of our case with the 25 percent team. Our car was totaled and we were very lucky to have survived. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They were prompt and professional from day one. The fees were exactly 25% as stated when I first called. Our case received the maximum policy for all 4 people in our vehicle including my minor children. Thank you so much.

The fees are very fair. I had no problems communicating with my lawyer and my case manager. I contacted four different attorneys before settling on the 25% lawyer and glad I went with them. Definitely worth the savings.

Mr. Martin was very helpful and consulted with me on several occassions giving me instructions on what he needed. He was patient, clear in delivery of information and gave me the best advise from a professional standpoint. I was able to make the best decision to move forward after our meetings. Mr. Martin did exactly what he told me he would do and is a man of his word which speaks volumns to me, trustworthy. I definitely appreciate this firm and they are one of the best!

Me and my son were in an accident February 2023 and still haven't settled. I've been done with treatment for months and still nothing. Poor Communication.. I have to continue to chase them and reach out to them. I'm not being updated like I should about my case. Didn't know my case was assigned to another case manager/lawyer and nobody bothered to call and inform me. I had to call and leave voicemails and finally the customer care specialist told me. Then asked new case manager what happen to my previous lawyer, she just stated that she didn't know and my case was just dropped on her. It literally took 3 weeks for me to find out that my case was assigned to someone else because my previous lawyer was not returning my calls or responding via email.. Definitely not getting the results I want for me and my son accident. This has been the worse lawyer office I have dealt with. Forget about my 25% lawyer trying to work hard to get top dollar for you as well.

Phenomenal experience working with this firm after a car accident. They were incredibly thorough and personable throughout the process! So grateful to Harell and the rest of the firm for their kindness.

I engaged this firm on 6/13 after an accident which sent me to the ER. They took on the case and referred me to AICA, I had medical insurance and instead of them asking the medical providers to use my insurance they had them reach out to my insurance company directly and get paid. there was an assignment of benefits for my medical insurance only. The attorneys changed case managers without informing me and after weeks of no returned calls or responses to my emails, they decided the case was not "viable" be wary especially when they recommend a dr to see.

My experience at Gunn Law Group was amazing. In every step, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and also made me feel so comfortable with their incredible friendliness and patience. I particularly appreciate Mr. John Franklin. I appreciate all who ahead a part in making my experience so pleasant; I'll definitely be returning and recommending Gunn Law Group to all of my friends and family!

I highly recommend the Gunn Law Group. I just moved here from Florida and had no idea of any attorneys that would be able to help me with my Injury case. I made one phone call to the Gunn Law group and the rest is history ! Everyone was super nice and understanding and they took the weight of the world off my shoulders in a time that was very hard for my family.
