Amazing service and great people! I am so pleased with my case’s outcome. It took a while but it’s done. Loved the texting capabilities.

I would like to have my case finished with, please! William H. does not answer calls/voicemails or answer emails. Customer rep answers 2 out of 20 calls. I docu signed for my check 2 weeks now still nothing. Update: I was immediately reached by their director who was sweet, kind, friendly, and helpful. My check was immediately prepared and collected. She pushed my case through and apologized for one of their members dropping the bar. I know if I've had someone half her abilities my case would've been completed long time ago. Thank you so much Naisha. My only advice is to do your best to follow up with your attorneys. Fire some if you have to and improve your customer service department.

We pickup our checks tomorrow but me and my husband are extremely pleased with everything the staff has done for our cases to date. Our case manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. She called us nearly every 2 weeks. Our bills were drastically reduced by the doctor and Piedmont hospital. Still shocked that they were able to get such deep discounts from our providers which made our checks significantly larger. This place is terrible. Read the reviews, the negative ones are absolutely correct. I finally received a follow up email from the lawyer William after MONTHS of persistence. Let me start off by saying my legal aide was responsive. Great, but you also want to hear from an ACTUAL LAWYER. The attorney was cc'd into the emails and never responded. It wasn't after I sent an email expressing my anger did I get a response. Why do we have to track you down for a status update on our case? Why? If you don't reach out to them, no one will contact you. No one will let you know what's going on, which is crazy to me because you are getting paid from my settlement. You really do get what you pay for. There's no way all these positive reviews are real. Ain't no way. I recommend going to another lawyer. One that cares and won't leave you in the dark on what's going on. Update: This company horrible. If you write a negative review they send you threatening emails. So this confirms that the "positive" review are coerced. Every one of those dates they mentioned was ME reaching out to their team. I have actual proof this man did not respond until I posted my review. It's so unprofessional to send demand emails on removing my review, and I WON'T. I'm simply warning people to go somewhere else. Look at all their responses to negative reviews - they are bullies, but they have the RIGHT ONE!

I have nothing but high praise for Mr Kimbrel. I called him within a week of my court date regarding two traffic violations. A ten minute phone call saved me twelve hours of travel. Cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you again
