I would have to say the attorneys at this law firm are down to earth and communicative. They made sure I understood the direction of my case every step of the way and constantly asked me if I had any questions or concerns after every communication. Not to mention the turn around was maybe 2 months on my auto accident case something that I find to be rare when discussing with friends and family the short time frame it took GunnLaw to settle my case . Highly recommend them professional but also comfortable rare find in this shark business lol!

Wow! Where do I start. I had a chance to meet Mr. Gunn via instagram. He’s hands down the best attorney in the area. He works quickly to get a settlement, and is committed to giving back to local charities in the area. Mr. Gunn thank you! You helped my grandma get her settlement in record time. This Kid is greatful!

Worst lawyer office I ever used. I had to fire them after the assistant Crystal wouldn't communicate for weeks and didnt respond to emails or for a month once. After a month of not being able to get her through emaiI, text, voice mail i left a bad review and that was the only time she responded after the owner asked me to remove my first bad review. After that I could only get a repetitive email response for 80 percent of our communication. I kept thinking, "u get what you pay for." I had one chiropractor bill and one doctor bill that I paid for out of pocket instead of going to the emergency room. 2 bills and the doc and chiropractor sent my info same week it was requested. However Crystal lied and said she had tried her best to get my bills and they were not responding. It took me five min to talk to both offices and confirm she was lying. After I went to the chiropractor the lawyer office sat on my case for 6mo after i finished going to chiropractor and never tried to settle my case. I think they are severely over booked. My case is moving along nicely now and I already rec my first offer with my new lawyer within 45 days of firing "My25Cents" lawyer this is what the chiropractor called them and scared the heck out of me.

They have no sense of urgency. NO UPDATES ...It's ridiculous that you have to call and email 100xs before someone contacts you. The office says give them 24-48hrs to call you back but it's more like 2 weeks. I would try a different Law firm. It's the PROMPTNESS with urgency and updating or informing the clients that's important to me. 25% is a hoax. My whole car accident was a hoax. I almost received NOTHING... not worth the time.

Unfortunately I have not had a great or good experience with this firm. I have been trying to reach Mr William Heitman Sense November I was told he will be assisting us with our case . I did not receive an introduction call. At all one email that's it. No return calls with a follow up letter ok my is know how things are coming along nothing at all. I was given an email to reach out to the supervisor but as he has incoming emails blocked . I can't reach anyone no one has an available extension. I m continuously getting. We will take a message and have someone call u. I haven't received a call email text or anything as of today. This is utterly ridiculous. Your commercials and the treatment we are receiving aren't anything like what you stated you offer. Very disappointed. All I want is for someone to reach out to us and update us on our son's case. This is crazy. I definitely regret my decision to have chosen this firm to represent us. I am baffled . This is insane.

It’s been over a year! And every time we call or email , it takes either a month or two before we ever receive a response. I feel like I’m getting scammed. I was served papers from the sheriff this morning from bills not paid that I have no control over. The only people that you can talk to when you call is the person at the front desk. Very very poor customer service and I’m regretting every minute of calling them to get them to help me with my case. I have been trying to reach my case worker and my lawyer for over a month and no response at all. How can I get in touch with them over a phone call or in person???

Very effective and communication was precise. I was very anxious about my first and steep ticket but Mr. Kimbrel was very professional and handled mostly everything for me. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone fighting a speeding ticket. Very polite and worth your business! Could not be happier with the result of his work!
