My experience with Dimmock & Associates has been a journey in knowing that my lawyer cares about me. I know that when a company helps and asks for nothing in return it’s a win for all of us Being in pain and not being able to work it’s humbling to have for help. Attorney Dimmock and his staff has helped get the assistance I needed to relieve some of my financial stress and without me feeling like a begged in the process.

Professionalism, Responsiveness Searched around and had many phone consultations, but My25 lawyer by far was the most informative and patient and took the time to answer my questions on my first consultation. I settled for a very fair amount ands only paid 25% Excellent law firm.

My second accident is now over and I WON even though the insurance company denied my claim initially. Attorney Dimmock had to file suit on my case but they never waivered. I settled for $76K and paid 25% in legal fees. They got all my medical bills down by 50% or more. I heard all the haters trying to bad mouth what these guys are doing. I’m happy to post a review for Dimmock & Assoc. Me and my daughter were in a car accident in 2021. I tried to handle the case myself by the insurance company became extremely unreasonable with their demands. I finally decided to hire a law firm because I became stressed out over it all. I heard this firm’s ad on the radio, called and signed. My case manager went the extra mile to help me. They got the settlement I wanted and charged 25%. They charged a $199 admin fee but I was fine with that. All in all, excellent decision and good experience.

Fee-nominal! They did their job. That’s all I ask for.

Excellent service! I highly recommend! I’ve been in several accidents and this is the best experience I’ve had! They did their job in a timely manner very professional and did bug me every day! I’m grateful to have chosen dimmock and associates btw the lady in the front is very nice!

There are no words to describe my appreciation for this firm. Everyone treated me fairly and provided all of the information I needed to resolve my case favorably. my case took 17 months because my insurance company initially denied my claim. Although my case is over, I am recommending this law firm to anyone I know who needs an accident lawyer. Terrific job. God bless.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The entire team was great and they definitely aren’t sacrificing great service for a lower fee. Fast, efficient firm and staff that truly cares about their clients.

**Response to My25 lawyer** I NEVER stated I was satisfied with the settlement in no shape or form! I have NOT received the settlement yet and the service received so far has been EVERYTHING but great. This firm lacks so much it is ridiculous. I’m just ready for this to be over. Lesson learned. I will not use My25Lawyer ever nor will I recommend the firm. The nerve you guys have to respond to a bad review but when the client is reaching out about their case you guys never respond or take a minimum of 2 weeks. Please! ** UPDATE as of 10/26/2022** So I have been dealing with this unprofessional, unpleasant, unreliable, unresponsive law firm since 2021. They were able to settle but I have NOT heard from them. I was told the check was mailed 10/12/22. I have reached out weekly for an update and they have NOT responded. I will never use this firm again! I think it is true to say that these positive reviews are FAKE! This firm has been everything BUT helpful and responsive! My paralegal was changed no one told me! They do not and have not updated me on my case and what is happening! I have called and called and left messages and they go unreturned! So the commercial that you guys have where y’all say all that good stuff like y’all getting clients money and before the end of the year is a lie! My case happened in August 2021 and I am chasing y’all just to get a update!

I got Stopped for a ridiculously petty violation, I worked with Kimbrel Firm and they got me a settlement that was better than I was expecting, with legal fee and settlement it was still less than just paying the ticket and I didn't have to go to court or get any points, Would highly recommend!
